This health care professional will be responsible for scheduling field staff to make home visits, monitoring staffing schedules, time off requests and attendance and visit management, coordinating care between patient and staff to optimize health care goals. As a member of the team, the Scheduler will share the "on call" phone for weekends and overnights, assist with customer service issues, reconcile timesheets and escalate issues as needed to Director.
