POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. Completed recognized nurse assistant training program desired.
2. At least eighteen years of age and is a high school graduate or equivalent.
3. Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
4. Displays initiative and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
5. Empathy for the needs of the ill, frail, and impaired.
6. Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
7. Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with the Organization requirements and is in good working order.
8. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
